Jane Lee,  Thought Leader
 
                Pei-Chen Jane Lee is the CEO and President of UNICON International, Inc., an US based IT consulting company founded in 1990. Jane possesses over 28 years of IT industry experience. She assumed the current role since 1993 and has successfully grown the company to become a top 100 Woman Owned and Asian Pacific American Owned business in the US.  UNICON has received numerous outstanding quality and delivery awards from clients and professional associations, such as Honda of America, Nationwide Insurance, Acatel-Lucent, and “SCOMSDC, Jane was an invited speaker for several US professional and non-profit organizations and has been featured in publications such as Columbus CEO magazine and WELD’s “Twelve Women You Should Know” calendar. Her personal recognitions include the National Diversity Council's  "Ohio’s Most Powerful and Influential Woman".  She is currently a member of the Women Presidents Organization and a board member of the Columbus American Red Cross.
 

Ken Schwaber, Scrum Leader
   
          Ken Schwaber is a software developer, industry consultant and a thought leader in software development. Ken is one of the initial signers of the Agile Manifesto. He and Jeff Sutherland presented the initial version of the Scrum as a formal development process at OOPSLA'95.  Since then, Scrum has been widely adopted at many software companies and IT organizations. It is the most practiced Agile framework.  In addition to blogs and white papers, Ken co-authored the Scrum Guide and published several books, including, for example,Agile Project Management with Scrum, ScrumButs, Software in 30 Days,  etc.  Today Ken runs Scrum.org, which provides training, certification and consulting services.

                Candi leads UNICON Agile consulting services, a global consulting company based on Columbus Ohio focus on enterprise-scale Agile Transformation.   For 20 years, Candi has managed teams responsible for every phase of product life cycles and successfully delivered many multi-million dollar projects. Her experience at a process-oriented high-tech company and then a lean business centric company, has given her an unique view in building large complicated solution under Agile framework. She works with clients to address the challenges like architecture and agile conflict, managing hybrid projects, distributed teams, building sustainable competitive advantage, etc. Candi has received many achievement awards in process and technology and is a frequent speaker at international conferences. She is certified PMP, PMI-ACP, SCM and PSM.
 
 

 Richard Johnston,  IT Delivery
 
                
Rich serves as a Director in our Technology Solutions Business Unit and has responsibility for developing and supporting our customers in the Federal and State Governments, and in the Financial and Banking industries. Rich complemented the UNICON leadership team with his skills in computer security, system architecture design, performance analysis, quality management and independent verification and validation (IV&V). In addition, he had extensive experience in designing systems that utilized IBM mainframe, UNIX, .NET and JAVA technologies. Rich has lectured on computer science and quality topics at various colleges and universities and at software symposiums. He has 35 years of IT experiences and holds an M.S. degree and a B.S. degree from West Virginia University in Computer Science. 




 Jane Yang, Agile in Telecom

                
Jane Yang is a director of Technology Management Center at the world’s fifth largest telecom equipment provider with more than 20,000 R&D engineers. Jane has been responsible for the Agile transformation in the company for more than four years.  She has successfully led Agile transition for numerous products in very telecom domain.  Last year, at the Executive Forum of Agile 2012 conference at Dallas, Jane shared the results with executives from across the globe. She talked about the strategy, struggles and successes. It's a very well received talk.  At this conference, Jane will share her experience from manager's and engineer's perspective why and how agile can help development and delivery. Prior to lead the Agile transformation, Jane led the process improvement for CMMI and IPD.

              Jack Hsieh has over 10 years of experiences in in project management . Jack has led cross-functional, cross site international teams to delivery various complicate projects across globe. Jack is the President at Maestro Project Management Consultants Co., Ltd., a leading consulting company dedicated on innovation management, new product development management, and project management. The company has engaged in services for a broad spectrum of industries, including high-tech, telecom, bio-science, service-oriented, C&E, academic, research, government sectors, and non-profit organizations. Jack also serves as Northeast Asia Region Mentor in PMI and provides volunteer services in the project management community.
